Heather Bird commenced trading as Whyalla Conveyancers employed one full time conveyancing clerk. In May 1992 Heather and her Business Associate Kerry Carn formed a new conveyancing business and incorporated the two branches. Since then the businesses have increased each consecutive year. She is also involved in Property Development and specialises in Land Divisions and Community Title Divisions as well as the more intricate and specialised property transfers.

Her Professional and academic qualifications include:

Registered Conveyancer

Diploma in Accounting (1982)

She has also Completed Certificate and Diploma Courses in:

Taxation Law and Corporations Law, Local Government Act, General Building and Computer Programming.

Heather specializes in Business Settlements and Land Divisions and is able to advise clients on all aspects of these matters.

TERRY MEGARITIS

Reception & Administration

Terry has worked in the administration and reception field for many years in the UK before moving to Australia and setting down roots in Whyalla. Terry has a natural ability to focus on our clients' needs and ensure our clients' conveyancing journey is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

KADEN PAULING

Data Services/Clerk

Kaden Has been working with us for 3 years now and has shown nothing but commitment and dedication to the team and company. Kadens instinctive capability to focus on data input and his archiving knowhow allows him to track, record and obtain information critical for the rest of conveyancing process. He has just recently enrolled in the Diploma of Conveyancers and already has a good grasp of Real Estate Law.

Conveyancing Clerk

Mingyon has over 15 years of experience in Administration and Conveyancing. Mingyon Completed advanced certificates in

Business Management, Neural Linguistic Programming, Graphology and Counselling and recently has completed her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. Mingyon is always ready to help and assist our clients with anything they may need when buying or selling their properties.

TYSON BIRD

Our in-house IT

Tyson is the youngest of our team but has been involved in Conveyancing for many years working and helping our family business. Tyson manages all our advertising and the website, and you will often see his name pop up if you are on Facebook, twitter or linkden. Without him managing our computers and constant IT questions we would not function.
